Family Law Firm Seeking a Full-Time Associate

Ideally, you should have at least 3 years of litigation experience with exceptional writing and analytical skills. To be a key player on our team, you must be dedicated to excellence and client satisfaction.
This position will include:
- Meeting with the clients to understand their goals and serving as the principal contact between the Firm and its clients.
- Communicating to ensure the client is kept updated on the progress of their matter
- Setting case strategy, legal strategy, and performing tasks needed to drive the case to milestones and timely resolution.
- Appearing on behalf of and advocating for clients during deposition, mediation, meetings, hearings, and trials.
- Approving and filing final court documents under signature.
Other requirements include the following:
- Conveys confidence in person and on the phone.
- Shows empathy to clients and puts them at ease during their difficult time.
- Treats a call at 4:30 on Friday with the same care and compassion as one on Monday morning.
- Demonstrates exceptional communication and writing skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Legal Research
- Go-getter with a strong work ethic
